You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months annually or 6 months for pregnancy.
A standard form must be completed, and a fee of R100.00 per month will apply, with the frozen period added to your contract's end.

Freezing is authorized for:

1. Ill health (requires a doctor’s note).
2. Active memberships with no arrears.
3. Pregnancy or severe illness (requires a doctor’s note).
4. Overseas/extended business trips (proof required).
5. Study leave/working away (proof required).
6. Financial constraints (latest bank statement needed).
7. Short-term contracts (3 months) cannot be frozen.
8. Minimum freeze is 2 months; maximum is 6 months for pregnancy/severe illness.
